Why should I choose you?

Why can’t I do it myself?
You could, in theory. But you would have to make separate agreements with each of your creditors, negotiating separately with them all, agreeing separate payment plans and making separate monthly payments on different days. In addition, your creditors will only agree a temporary arrangement to reduce or freeze your debts. With us, all our solutions allow you to make one affordable monthly payment to cover all your debts, and we will handle all the negotiations, communications and paperwork on your behalf.
Also your creditors are far more likely to listen to an independent expert because they know that you have sort help to deal with your debts.
How long will I be paying for?
It will depend on the amount you owe and how much you can genuinely afford to repay each month. One thing we can guarantee is that all our programmes are tailored to your exact circumstances, with the sole purpose of getting you debt free as soon as possible.
Do I have to pay up-front to use your debt management services?
There is no fee for a consultation with us regarding your finances. If you choose to udertake a Debt Management Programme, our initial fees are collected as part of your payments over the first three month of the programme. Unlike many debt management providers though, we send payments to your creditors as soon as the second month of the programme. From Month 4, there is then a small on-going charge to cover the administration and operating costs for your debt management programme, but again, this is not a separate payment - it forms part of your monthly repayment.
